Genny in the mouth of the Lion

In via Bocca di Leone 84, which means in the mouth of the lion, a new boutique opened last week. Genny. It was an iconic brand in the eighties with ups and downs. Now Genny seems to be back. The creative director, Sara Cavazza Facchini invited "Le tout Rome". Guest star of the evening was the ballerina Eleonora Abbagnato. Genny clothes are elegant and easy to wear. Genny is also launching a new perfume, called Eterea. The move is part of a new strategy of relaunch operated by the Facchini family.

A different side of Rome

My grand grand father moved to live near Piazza Navona because the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro was expanding in the area of Sallustiano, near Via Veneto. The new exhibition in Museo di Roma in Trastevere is exactly focusing on this historical moment: end of the Nineteenth century up to the Thirties of the Twenty Century when Rome was transformed, from the area of Trevi Fountain up to via Bissolati . You can discover about 200 documents such as reproductions, pictures etc... In the exhibition you will be able to see also how was Termini Station ( much more beautiful than now), old pictures of piazza Barberini, via Nazionale etc...up to january 11th. Piazza Sant' Egidio 1b
