Food and Fashion a marriage made in heaven

Tales about food and fashion is the fil rouge of a very special exhibition in Rome. The location is great for every client of www.grandtourshopping.com as it is in the Mercati di Traiano. The exhibition will last the 1st of November. The outfits created by famous designers and couturiers such as Giorgio Armani, Ken Scott, Etro, Gattinoni take inspiration from the Nature. In display also creations from young creative directors such as Tiziano Guardini with his eco-sustainable Couture. Don't miss it.

Leonardo's portrait in Rome

A great pause while you are shopping is the visit of the Leonardo da Vinci's selfportrait. Up to the 3rd of August, roman and tourist can admire it at the Palazzo Caffarelli in Musei Capitolini. The technique is one of my favourite: "The sanguigna" and Leonardo made it in 1515-1516. The exhibition also shows 12 other drawings and a multimedia program. Not to be missed.

Frédéric Malle and his love affair with Rome

Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle opened in Rome. Mister Malle came to the Eternal City for the occasion few weeks ago, we had lunch together. The boutique with his amazing perfumes (each of them is unique as a piece of art ) is located in Via del Babuino 30. Malle declared to have a special feeling with the City and I am so happy to hear it. In a way,  Frédéric helps Rome to gain a better image and a glamour attitude. It is not a small detail.
